Membership with iForexSignals will continue until it is either discontinued by iForexSignals, or the member cancels his/her subscription through the PayPal service. Unused time for the month in which you cancelled will not be refunded. If you wish to discontinue our service, you are responsible to cancel your account before any time on your subscription ends, or before the payment renewal date, to prevent any charges from being incurred. If you used PayPal to create your subscription it is your responsibility to manage that subscription via the PayPal account you used to sign up. Sending iForexSignals an email requesting cancellation of your membership will not result in cancellation, as you will need to do this yourself by logging into the PayPal account you used to sign up.  Refunds will not be issued for any reason.

You agree that excessive simultaneous account logins from different IP addresses will result in the termination of service. You agree not to give your account information to anyone. You agree that by yourself, or in conjunction with others not to compete with iForexSignals, or have any interest in such business enterprise which shall be engaged in competition, as proprietor, partner, employee, shareholder, principal, agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity or manner whatsoever, anywhere.

Our system is profitable because we diversify amongst many different pairs and we expect our members to use all of our signals as a balanced and complete approach to trading our system. If you meet the above qualifications and do not make a profit within your first two months of using our system we will give your your next months service for free. This guarantee does not apply to auto-trading accounts.
